Add an article

Adding an article in WikidToronto is easy. Simply type the article's title into your URL bar in the format www.wikidtoronto.com/Title. If the article doesn't yet exist, click "Edit this page" in the left-hand column. Write up the article and click "Save page" to save your new article.

Edit an article

Editing an article in WikidToronto is easy. Simply type the article's title into your URL bar in the format www.wikidtoronto.com/Title. If the article exists, click "Edit this page" in the left-hand column. Edit the article and click "Save page" to save it. If the article doesn’t exist, you can edit it in the same way.

Assign an article to a category

Assigning an article to a category in WikidToronto is easy. Simply type the article's title into your URL bar in the format www.wikidtoronto.com/Title. Then click "Edit this page" in the left-hand column. In the edit area, add your category assignment using a tag in the format [[Category:Name]]. For example, to add an article about a sports bar to the Category:Sports bars category, you would type [[Category:Sports bars]]. Then click "Save page" to save the page in the new category. (Note: You can also assign categories to other categories, in order to make them subcategories, in the same manner.)
